• They're here to listen, support, and help you decide what you need.

💡 What the Consent Team Does

✅ Listens without judgment if you need to talk, vent, or process

✅ Supports your boundaries—emotional, physical, energetic

✅ Helps you figure out next steps, if you want them

✅ Shares info with leadership only when necessary, and usually only with your consent

✅ Introduces themselves early in the week so you know who they are

✋ What They Don’t Do

🚫 Mediate or confront anyone directly

🚫 Investigate or “verify” what happened

🚫 Decide what’s best for you

🚫 Share anything you tell them without reason or consent
