Whether you're a first-time Burner or a seasoned veteran, here's how to become part of our camp.

1. ✍️ Apply

Fill out our Application Form to tell us who you are, what you’re excited to contribute, and what kind of experience you’re hoping for.

2. 📞 Chat with a Camp Lead

Within 7 days of your application, our SnoHo-culturation Lead (aka Onboarding Lead) will reach out to schedule a 30-minute video or phone call. It’s a mutual vibe-check to make sure it’s the right fit on both sides.

If it’s not a fit, we’ll let you know promptly with love and gratitude.

3. 📧 Invitation Email

If we’re aligned, you’ll receive an invite with:

• Dues + breakdown deposit instructions (deposit returned post-event if commitments are met)
• Two required forms (Camper Account + Camper Checklist)
• Confirmation deadline: 7 days from the date your invite is sent (2 days if you’re joining us Aug)

4. ✅ Confirm Your Spot

Your spot is only confirmed once we receive your payment and both completed forms by the deadline.

If not received in time, your spot may be offered to someone on the waitlist.
